Your New Favorite Appetizer



A few weeks ago, Abby hosted a lovely Friendsgiving at her house that Reed and I were fortunate to attend. The food and beer were both amazing and I just love Abby's house!

I made a Goat Cheese Crostini Appetizer to share that was easy to make, traveled well and was delicious. Perfect combination!

I first made these Crostini's when I was hosting a little get together a few years ago, and I've been making them ever since. Try them once and I'll bet you'll be hooked too!

Goat Cheese Crostini's with Roasted Tomatoes

1 Bag of Crostini's or a baguette to chop into small slices and toast with olive oil
1.5 cartons of cherry tomatoes
1 small package of goat cheese
Fresh or dried rosemary for seasoning

Roast a pack and a half of cherry tomatoes in the oven at 450 for about an hour, stirring and mashing occasionally. Add some salt and pepper to the tomatoes. Smear some goat cheese on the Crostini's and then top with a dollop of the roasted tomatoes. Srpinkle the top with some rosemary for extra flavor.

Tip: Take the goat cheese out of the fridge about 15 minutes before assembling so it's soft enough to spread easily
