Thrifted Baby Clothes

In all my years of thrifting, I never really noticed the baby section. After we found out that Eden was going to be a girl, however, it became the first aisle I checked out. There are so many cute things and they aren't too worn in because kids grow so fast.

All of these I found before she was born. It's so much fun to dress in the little outfits I got for her when she was still growing in my belly. (You can see the red dress worn here and the little onesie with bows here).

Below are a few things I found during a recent thrift trip.. the watermelon bathing suit and the Vintage sailer outfit.. I mean, come on!

The Sailer outfit was only 60-cents!

I'm sure the baby boy clothes are just as cute.. but I just love all the little girly things!

Happy Sunday!

  3. For the record, baby boy clothes are NOT as cute as girl clothes! Thankfully I have a 1 year old niece so I get the joy of digging through the cute girl stuff once in awhile too! But even though the boys stuff isn't as cute, I still buy nearly ALL their clothes from the thrift store. I'll be sharing pics in a post at some point here soon! LOVE what you found for Eden, especially that vintage sailor outfit!!

  5. I have to admit that shopping for baby girl clothes is WAY fun. I went with you and then my friend who has an 8 month old and I'm like "omg baby girl clothes!" I never understood why people purchased brand new clothes for newborn babies/kids. It's not until they are older that it even makes sense. But as a thrifty mama, I bet your kid will be super cute and thrifty. Have you been to Lil Frog in the falls? My friend is in love with the place (baby consignment). It looks cute.
