Consignment Finds

Friday is my day off (typically) and I love to celebrate by taking myself on little coffee and shopping dates. Usually I like to check out some of the local thrifts, but this week, I went to Clothes Mentor in the falls. Conveniently, there's a Starbucks with a drive thru and a Target across the street. Sold!

Lately I've been feeling like I should build up my wardrobe with a few more office-friendly staples. Clothes Mentor is usually one of my first stops for work clothes. It's a consignment shop that offers well priced, gently used clothes for women.

In addition to all the clothes, they have loads of shoes! Check out the boot wall..

I got that cream colored crocheted cardigan and this dress which were both tagged only $10. I ended up getting the dress for $2.50 though because I had a coupon for 75% one $10 item.. you really can't beat that!

They also have jewelry and I got two beautiful necklaces, both under $5!

It was a successful trip, as you can see :) I hope you have a great Saturday!

  1. Oh I remember when I used to be off on Fridays...the good ole days. I've been getting rid of "fancier" items that I own (no more sequins!) and buying more ankle pants for work and loose tees and knits for the weekends. You scored big on those necklaces, LOVE them!

  2. I love the dress and the cardigan! You always score such great finds.

  3. I need to come with you some time! Friday is my day off too!

  4. Love that darling dress. Looks like a terrific store.

Thanks for stopping by! Your comments make my day ♥
