Earlier today the always lovely Jessica came over to work on Goodwill Fashion Show Previews. To refresh your memory, I posted about that here. We are taking part in a fashion show for Goodwill where we receive gift certificates to shop at Goodwill for 8-10 outfits for our collections.
We both came up with some great outfits, took a lot of photos and Jessica also made me a new blog header - cute right?
So a few weeks ago we went shopping at two of the Goodwill stores in Cleveland and got some great items. We both picked a theme for our collections and mine is stripes & florals. I love both stripes and florals alone and together, so it's the perfect theme.
This first outfit is subtle florals and neutral stripes. The hat, skirt and top were thrifted during our Goodwill shopping trip a few weeks ago and are all Vintage. I love this felt hat and it was only $5!
I also got both of these items below during our first Goodwill shopping trip - the top only $3.50 and the skirt $5.50!
This striped dress was only $4.50 and the bag was only $3! I love the pop of florals underneath the dress with the skinny pink belt.
I'm so glad we had the opportunity to go through our items and put together some outfits today. My collection is really starting to come together and I'm loving it!
Next step.. model fittings and more shopping!
