Thrifted

Vintage wrap-dress: 99-cents
Platter: 99-cents
Vase: 60-cents

I haven't been able to spend as much time as I'd like thrifting lately.. (partly due to poor time management - see previous post on Project Planning!). I did, however, find myself with a spare half an hour while running errands the other day.

If you're in the Akron area and enjoy a good thrift - the Salvation Army in Montrose is one of my favorites! I found a couple of gems in just 30 minutes. I love the pattern on the dress - it's kind of understated springy.  The pattern on the vase is so me.. I love it!

I am on the lookout for these tin platters - I am going to try to use them for decorating the dining room! More on that soon..

Have a lovely Thursday!

  3. Hello! I popped across from the link party!! What lovely items you found! All of them have a really nice patterning to them! It's funny you should say that about the Sally Army, as my favourite charity shop in my local area is the Salvation Army- I've found some amazing items there!

    1. I'm blanking on the street name but It's kind of behind Bob Evans on the same street that Cracker Barrel is on.. turn by the Get Go and then make a right at the intersection - it's in the same general vicinity as Home Depot! It's fantastic :)

  9. I can't believe that dress was a dollar. A DOLLAR. The thrift stores around here are EXPENSIVE compared to that.
