Thrifted Finds & Refashion Plans

So some of these were thrifted in Chicago this weekend and some of them were from a thrifting trip the week before. In Chicago we went on Sunday and I literally had 12 minutes before the store closed.. I snatched up #2 and #4 and have some refashion plans for them..

1. A fun dress - I might shorten it a little bit - $2.99

2. White tunic - it needs to be taken in and I'm going to change the buttons on the sleeve - $1.45 (half-off $2.90)

3. This skirt is made out of sweater material and it's so comfortable! - $1.50

4. This top is made out of a really soft, silky material. I have big plans to take it in, change the buttons and give it a 'military inspired' feel. - $.95 (half-off $1.90)

Isn't that a fun Vintage pattern in the background? It's a big chunk of really thick fabric. I don't know what I'm going to do with it yet.. but it was $1.50 for a big square of fabric so I grabbed it a few weeks ago. I am thinking about getting the edges bound and using it as a rug. For now it's great as a background!

I hope you have a great Thursday!
